These terms govern your use of the StudioFeel software ("Software") and the studiofeel.in website ("Site"). By installing, using, or subscribing to StudioFeel, you agree to these terms.
Subject to your payment of the applicable subscription fees (if any), StudioFeel grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on personal computers you own or control, for personal or commercial use, during the active subscription period.
A 90-day free trial is available without payment. During the trial, you may use all features. At the end of the trial, you may either subscribe to continue or uninstall the Software.
Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the payment processor's customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Software, including all preset tunings, code, design, graphics, and documentation, is the intellectual property of StudioFeel and is protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws. The license granted under these terms does not transfer any ownership rights.
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. StudioFeel does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all hardware or software configurations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioFeel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and uninstall it.
Refund terms are described in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may release updates to the Software. Subscriptions include access to all updates released during the active subscription period.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance.
